1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or playing Cockroach Janta Play (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your chosen nickname is your public display name on leaderboards.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or submit falsified scores.
• Do not use offensive, impersonating, or infringing nicknames.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Game or its servers.

4. Leaderboards & Location

Scores you achieve may be shown on global and location-based leaderboards. If you grant location permission, your approximate city/state/country is used to rank you regionally. You can play without sharing location.

5. Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications about game updates, events, and important announcements. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.

6. Content & Availability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
